Diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo IPS Centro Medico San Juan Bautista de Villanueva Bolívar

Abstract

El presente estudio revela la propuesta del diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la IPS Centro Médico San Juan Bautista; el cual presta sus servicios en el sector salud. La IPS Centro Médico San Juan Bautista no cuenta con el adecuado diseño e implementación del SG-SST que exige el decreto 1072 del 26 de mayo de 2015 del ministerio del trabajo de Colombia, por medio del cual se establece el decreto único reglamentario del sector trabajo y la resolución 1111 del 27 de marzo del 2017, dada por el ministerio del trabajo de Colombia por la cual se definen los estándares mínimos del sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo para empleadores y contratantes. Dado esto se realizará el diseño del diagnóstico inicial como investigación principal de los factores de riesgo en el cual evaluaremos las fallas que se estén dando en cuanto al SG-SST para así implementar las mejoras continuas de la empresa. Por lo tanto, se propone el diseño del plan de trabajo anual, el cual lleva un diagnóstico inicial y será el que proyectara las tareas a realizar para la implementación de este. Por consiguiente, se muestra la factibilidad de la información financiera de los costos que abarca la propuesta de implementar el SG SST y en que podrían incurrir si no realiza la adecuada investigación e implementación.

The present study reveals the proposal for the design of the occupational health and safety management system for IPS Centro Médico San Juan Bautista; which serves in the health sector. IPS San Juan Bautista Medical Center does not have the proper design and implementation of the OSH SG that requires decree 1072 of May 26, 2015 of the Ministry of Labor of Colombia, by means of which the sole regulatory decree of the labor sector is established and resolution 1111 of March 27, 2017, given by the Ministry of Labor of Colombia, which defines the minimum standards of the occupational safety and health management system for employers and contractors. Given this, the design of the initial diagnosis will be carried out as the main investigation of the risk factors in which we will evaluate the faults that are occurring regarding the SG-SST in order to implement the continuous improvements of the company. Therefore, the design of the annual work plan is proposed, which carries an initial diagnosis and will be the one that will project the tasks to be carried out for its implementation. Therefore, the feasibility of the financial information of the costs covered by the proposal to implement the SG SST is shown and what could be incurred if it does not carry out the appropriate investigation and implementation.
